Welcome To Aqualina SSC Part of the ASA Herts County & East Region.
Aqualina Synchronised Swimming Club based in Hertfordshire, is part of the Amateur Swimming Association ( ASA ) Herts County & East Region. All of our swimmers are encouraged to work towards skill grades and enter Local, County, Regional & National competitions. “Synchro” is a great way of combining swimming and dancing and is often referred to as “Dancing in the Water”. Synchro is a great way to keep fit and is an Olympic Sport recognised worldwide.
Aqualina has around 30 swimmers in the main club and around 14 in the beginner’s session. Our swimmers ranging in age from 8 to 30+. The club is run by our Committee and Head Coach, We rely on the support of many volunteers whom we could not survive without. Click HERE to meet the team.

There are numerous benefits of participating in a Synchronised Swimming Club, including:
Aqualina meets on Friday evenings at Stevenage Swimming Center.
- Land training session: 17:00 – 18:00
- Pool training session: 18:00 – 19:00
We train on Sundays at Monks Walk School pool in Welwyn Garden City (term-time only).
- Pool training session: 12:00 – 13:00.
We also train on Wednesday at Goffs School in Cheshunt.
- Pool training session: 19:30 – 21:30.
Joining The Club
If you’re new to synchro we recommend introductory sessions through KS Swim School, which is also based at Monks Walk School pool. KS Swim School introductory sessions take place on Sundays at 11:45 immediately before our Sunday sessions. If you would like to have a trial please contact KS Swim School HERE or our head coach HERE.
